Spring School **A beautiful 20-day video programme**

Welcome to Spring School! This idea came about because I always see lots of Summer Schools and it got me wondering why don’t we ever have a Spring School? Spring is the perfect time to welcome in the new. "It is a time of renewal, new beginnings of life and growth blooming gloriously and ushering in a renewed sense of energy brought in to help you focus and move forward in new, fresh, positive ways."
What a wonderful way to celebrate this delicious new season. My Spring School is a 20-day video programme, packed with beauty, happiness, energy and joy. It's about connecting your soul in sacred ceremony with Mother Nature, the cosmos and the greater universe as you go through your own life transitions. Each day of the programme, I’ll be taking you through a thought process here, a ritual there, a guided message one day, a beautiful guided meditation on another. We’ll be working with the important lunar cycles during this time, sacred symbols, flowers, crystals and all of the elements.
